CLIENT CONTRACT
Client Contract with DISMORE DESTINATIONS
- I, the client, understand that DISMORE DESTINATIONS manages my reservation until check in time and date. I, the client, must contact the agent or agency for any modifications, and or cancellations with my reservations. I, the client, understand, the vendor chosen by DISMORE DESTINATIONS will not engage in any details about my reservation because I do not own my reservation. The ownership of my reservation belongs to DISMORE DESTINATIONS until I, the client, check in to my destination.
- I, the client, understand that the services provided by DISMORE DESTINATIONS, and agents that represent this company, are without charge. This service is provided when a vacation package has been purchased through an approved vendor that works only for DISMORE DESTINATIONS, not the client.
- A charge of $200.00 will be implemented if a cancellation of a reservation occurs. The reservation will not be cancelled until the fee is paid. The fee will cover the agent’s time, as the agent does not get paid unless you travel. If you reschedule or book another trip at time of cancelation this fee can be waived.
- A charge of up to $300.00 will be billed when a vacation package is not booked with the agent or agency, but the client would like our services. This will be called a Planning Fee. Once this is paid, services will be rendered. This fee will be required before any reservations will take place. This fee is at the liberty of the agent and/or agency owner and will be agreed upon between the agent and client. This fee shall be billed and paid through the agency via Paypal ONLY.
- We understand changes need to occur sometimes, however it is very important for you, the client, to understand the more changes that are made to your reservation, their is a higher risk for mistakes to occur. We will provide 1 complimentary change to your reservation after booking. If anymore changes are to take place, we must charge $50.00 per change.
- I, the client, understand that the agent or agency does not work directly for the vendors of the vacations sold (Disney, Sandals, Universal, Carnival, etc.). Therefore, each company has different policies and procedures. This information is provided to me in my confirmation email. Each vendor has different, but specific, details about payment policies, cancellation policies, and legal responsibility procedures.
- I, the client, understand that it is my responsibility to review these policies and procedures of the vendor chosen by DISMORE DESTINATIONS. The agent or the agency is not responsible for these policies and procedures, and will not be held liable.
- I, the client, understand it is my responsibility to review my reservation. If any corrections or modifications need to occur, it is my responsibility to contact my agent. If a correction is to take place after final payment or a special promotion, I understand that DISMORE DESTINATIONS or the agent will not be responsible for the monetary adjustment. I, the client, will be responsible for this fee.
- I, the client, understand, after final payment has posted to the vendor’s account, I will receive my documents and itinerary from the agent or agency, only after proper documents have been received from the vendor. The vacation package could be delivered up to the day before I depart for my vacation.
- In most cases all vacation packages are delivered within 2 weeks of travel dates.
- If a late payment has taken place, documents will be issued as paid. Late payments could result in late vacation package arrival.
- I, the client, understand my credit card information will be kept on file with the agent I have chosen to plan my vacation.
- Client sensitive information is kept under our dual control secure database. Should you not want your credit card info stored, after your trip check in, please inform DISMORE DESTINATIONS, in writing and we will delete it.
- In the event my credit card information is stolen via internet or another external source, I will not hold DISMORE DESTINATIONS or the agent I have chosen to plan my vacation, or the agency owner liable.
- In the event my credit card information is stolen via robbery through the agent I have chosen to plan my vacation, I will not hold DISMORE DESTINATIONS or the agency’s owner liable.
- I, the client, understand when booking a Disney vacation, my agent will make my dining reservations one time. These reservations are based upon my requests, desires, and restaurant availability. If a needed modification arises, I, the client will make these modifications by calling 407-WDW- DINE.
- I, the client, understand my personal information and file will not be sold to vendors and will be kept confidential.
- I, the client, understand that it is my responsibility to take ownership of my reservation planning, as it will be me and my family traveling, by doing the following:
- Reading all of the emails sent to me by my chosen agent.
- Familiarizing myself with my choice destinations websites, apps, and trip scheduling tools to make my trip something I can manage while on site.
- I, the client, understand, when I check in to my destination, DISMORE DESTINATIONS, will no longer have access to my reservation, to make changes or additions. This must be handled with the staff onsite.
- I, the client, understand that if I have any issues with my vacation, or the agent I have chosen to plan my vacation, I am to contact the owner of the company, Tara Dismore (936-337-0522 or tara@dismoredestinations.com), for resolution.
