Waiver to DECLINE Travel Insurance

1. I have chosen to decline vacation insurance offered by Dismore Destinations through the vendor they are using to book our vacation
2. I understand that Dismore Destinations and the agent I have chosen to work with will not be held responsible for any penalties, trip interruption, or injuries that may occur during the scheduled vacation planned through Dismore Destinations.
3. I understand that should circumstances arise in which vacation insurance would be beneficial to me, Dismore Destinations will not be held liable in anyway by my decline to this offer.
